Order Information: When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Browsing Data: We use anonymous session identifiers to maintain your shopping cart across visits. These are stored as HTTP-only cookies and do not contain personal information.
Newsletter Subscriptions: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and marketing consent preference.
Chat Interactions: If you use our art concierge chat and choose to provide your email address, we store your email and a transcript of the conversation to improve our service.

Third-Party Services
Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information according to their own privacy policy.
Printful: Orders are fulfilled through Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Your shipping information is shared with Printful solely for order fulfillment. See their privacy policy.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to maintain your shopping session. This cookie does not contain personal information and expires after 30 days of inactivity.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Order data is retained for the duration required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years). Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent. Shopping session data expires automatically after 30 days.
